We are Adrian & Rosemary, a husband and wife team with a smallholding in the beautiful Welsh countryside, just outside Monmouth.
We breed a small number of rare-breed saddleback pigs and the offspring of these sows are used for our roasts. They live out in the summer and love foraging for food.
Succulent slow-cooked pork tastes fantastic. Our meat is part-cooked in a mobile hog roaster for a minimum of seven hours before arrival at your venue. We then finish the cooking in front of your guests, treating them to the wonderful smell of roasting pork. All servers wear chef whites at your function, meat will be served hot and traditionally carved.
