Slow Roasted Pork

Succulent slow-cooked pork tastes fantastic. Our meat is part-cooked in a mobile hog roaster for a minimum of seven hours before arrival at your venue. We then finish the cooking in front of your guests, treating them to the wonderful smell of roasting pork. All servers wear chef whites at your function, meat will be served hot and traditionally carved. Our basic package price includes succulent slow-roasted pork, bread rolls (from a small local bakery, with two sizes available), home-made apple sauce and seasoning. (Please note: Prices are per-person, subject to change and there may be additional travel costs if your event is further than 15 miles from Monmouth.)

Something more

Sides and Extras We can also provide salads and sides to accompany your hog roast. Green salad plus two pasta and two rice dishes and homemade coleslaw for £2.50 per head. Jacket potatoes are available for 75p per head. Cheese board with local cheese and fruit for £3.00 per head. We can supply either serviettes, eco plates and bamboo cutlery or china plates and steel knives and forks (the hire charge for these will also include the clearing of tables and the washing). Lamb and other meats If you’d like to try something a bit different we can also roast lamb, beef and chicken instead of pork. Please contact us for prices.
